    I am a Full-Time Professional Real Estate Broker Specializing in Toronto’s Harbourfront Condominiums Real Estate & A Harbourfront Resident.  This is my niche market and I am most familiar with the Toronto Harbourfront rental prices.  This will give you a favourable advantage in considering the correct leasing price of your Maple Leaf Square condominium suite.

    My expertise and experience includes working with owners and tenants on a first hand basis.  I understand that the most important element in my relationships with my owners and their tenants is ensuring the excellent exchange and delivery of communication.  A happy tenant equals a happy owner.

    By working together, I will ensure the minimization of your suite’s vacancy while finding you the most suitable and qualified tenant for your property.  I do this through a screening process which includes reviewing and verifying current credit reports, income, employment and reference letters.  Contact is also made with current landlords to verify the applicant’s payment history and character.

    In the case of an emergency or the requirement of a representative to attend your suite, my office is located within Maple Leaf Square.



    My Rental Management Program Services Includes:


    • The innovative and superior marketing of your suite.
    • The arrangement of a new / renewal Tenancy Agreement.
    • The thorough screening of tenant applicants and documentation.
    • The arrangement of clauses and signing of the Tenancy Agreement.
    • The arrangement of key, key fobs, and garage door opener for pick-up and delivery to the new tenant(s).
    • The arrangement for repairs and maintenance of your suite when required.
    • The issue of rent increase allowance in accordance with Residential Tenancies Act.
    • The arrangement of your attendance and representation at the Annual General Meeting for owners “AGM”.
    • The inspection of your suite prior and after a tenant move in/out to ensure its original return.
    • The immediate attendance of your suite or emergency assistance.
